We understand that every hire / event is different and very personal to you.

With this in mind, we prefer to discuss with you in detail your specific requirements for your event and then put together a pre-agreed custom package so we can deliver the event you desire!

Following your booking we will meet with you well in advance of the event to undertake a site survey and discuss power hook up, location of the van, gazebo, tables etc.

We will also discuss with you what your specific needs are with regards to music / drinks to make sure the event goes without hitch.

Additional information

If required, we can provide additional equipment inc; Gazebo, extra bar, cask and keg dispensers – these would be agreed based on your specific event.

We also offer alcohol free hire – a full range of non-alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and mocktails for an under 18s event.

A deposit of £250 is required which is fully refundable

*This is usually free with 25 miles of Bolton – beyond this a mileage amount would be agreed.
